Every product will be dispatched from our warehouse to the address provided during the purchase process. The address shall be identified for us to accept and ship the order. We process within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday, except local and national Canadian holidays.  

Please note that the date provided for all Pre-Ordered merchandise is not guaranteed, as it is an estimate of when we will receive the products and prepare them for processing. Chéri&Co. reserves the right to 1-3 business days to ship, depending on the order volume. 

All purchases will be delivered by Chéri&Co.’s selected courier services. 

RETURN POLICY

If you're not absolutely in love with your Chéri&Co. purchase, you may return it within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the order for a store credit. The return charge is at the your own expense. All Chéri&Co. original tags must be attached and any item that was worn, damaged or altered from it’s original condition will be sent back to the consumer. 

Note: Bodysuits and Final Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. 

STEPS TO RETURN

1. Email our team at: info@cheriand.co with your order number to initiate your return process. 
2. You will receive an email from our team within 1 business day.
3. Ship your order to our PO Box Address. Your return will be processed up to 5 business days upon reception.
4. You will receive an email with your store credit code. Your credit will reflect the amount you paid for the items. Please note that the shipping cost isn’t. 
5. Your store credit code can be used at checkout (as a 'discount code') on your next order.
